You never have a second chance to make a first impression. 

We can accommodate up to 40 people in our bedrooms, and have ample bathroom facilities.

We can also have larger groups that need more accommodation, for which there are more places available in Whaley Bridge for people to stay while attending Whaley Hall.

Whaley Hall has such a lot to offer. 

All our Bedrooms have recently had a make over, and have superb views over the Peak District, and their are plenty of places in the Hall to go and hide, read a book or have time to yourself.

Within the facilities of Whaley Hall there is the Conservatory situated on the 1st floor, overlooking the Goyt Valley with a paramount view of the National Park and beyond.

There is the Top Gallery with the Balcony where you can sit outside watching the sun go down while enjoying a G & T and there are plenty of places to go and relax.

The Georgian Drawing Room

With its superb plaster work and highly decorated in gold leaf and rather splendid fire place has views all the way

round, with its traditional furniture can sit around 14 - 20 people.

The Ante Room

The Ante Room, has a traditional fire place and coved ceilings, this room can sit around 12 - 14 people and has a television for people to share. 

The Carved Parlour

In the East Wing of the Hall is the Carved Parlour, this room has soft furnishings and a large hand carved stone fireplace with a traditional log fire

The Dining Room

The Dinning Room can be set up formally or informally, and on hot summer nights a BBQ can be held outside, where people can sit a relax.

Our food at Whaley Hall is made fresh every day and the food is excellent. We can cater for most specialist dietary requirements.  We use Local Fresh Produce and local suppliers where possible.

Conference Facilities

Whaley Hall has a large conference Room with disabled access.  The Conference Room has recently been moved into part of the Hall. It has a mixture of lighting, and heating with nice soft furnishings and comfortable chairs and is a very pleasant and sunny environment to work in. We have a choice of conference equipment that can be used ranging from a Flip Stand Board and Pens, a Conference Box with equipment in it for use.

We also have a Light Projector that can be hired out per day.

The Conference Room

The conference room is very private and has curtains for privacy as well as having a cloak room situated next door. The conference room also has the ability to be made bigger with double doors opening into the Ante Room next door, and on sunny days the doors leading out onto the Patio can be opened.  Knowing how thirsty Delegates can be, a  Coffee Station is situated right outside the room!

In the afternoons Tea and Fresh Cakes are served from here. 

We welcome a variety of groups some of whom have been coming here for the last 30 years.
